Project Manager / Estimator - Heavy Civil Construction
Salary: $135,000- $165,000 + Bonus(s)

A well-established heavy civil general contractor with a proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join their team in Seattle. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead impactful projects while leveraging your estimating expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all phases of heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for upcoming projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
Experience Needed:
- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction project management and estimating.
- Proven success managing infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, earthwork, etc.).
- Strong background in cost estimating and bid preparation.
- Familiarity with scheduling and estimating software (e.g., Primavera P6, HCSS HeavyBid).
- Ability to interpret civil plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
