A well-established commercial roofing contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects throughout the Charleston market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial roofing projects from award through completion
- Oversee budgets, schedules, materials and field production
- Coordinate with Superintendents, crews and subcontractors
- Handle client communication, change orders, billing and documentation
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality and profitability targets
Requirements:
- Commercial roofing or building envelope experience
- Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen or metal roofing systems
- Strong budgeting, scheduling and project management skills
- Confident leadership and client communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
