About the Role
As an MEP Owner's Rep, you'll act as the client's trusted advisor, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the lifecycle of mission-critical projects. You'll work remotely, with site visits only every 4-6 weeks, ensuring quality, compliance, and coordination across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the owner's interests across all MEP disciplines during design, construction, and commissioning.
- Review and coordinate design documents, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication between design teams, contractors, and client stakeholders.
- Monitor site progress and ensure alignment with project goals during periodic visits.
- Provide technical guidance and risk mitigation strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone with a strong background in MEP systems and experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Data Centers (preferred)
- Semiconductor or Manufacturing Facilities
- Health care / Life Sciences
- Federal / Education Projects
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in MEP project delivery.
- Proven track record in owner's representation or consultancy roles.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
