About the Role
In this senior leadership position, you will:
- Lead ecological and botanical assessments for a variety of projects
- Provide technical expertise in flora and vegetation surveys, ecological impact assessments, and restoration planning
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic growth
- Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality environmental outcomes
- Support business development and proposal writing
What We're Looking For
- Tertiary qualifications in botany, ecology, environmental science, or a related field
- Extensive field experience in ecological or botanical work within NSW
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and ecological methodologies
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently from any location in NSW
