Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering projects from planning and design through permitting, bidding, and construction support.
- Manage civil site development and infrastructure projects for municipal and private sector clients.
- Prepare, review, and approve engineering calculations, construction plans, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained and all work complies with applicable regulations and engineering best practices.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to the growth of the local office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required, or ability to obtain.
- Proven experience in civil site development, land development, municipal infrastructure, or related civil engineering disciplines.
- Strong understanding of permitting requirements, engineering standards, and project delivery processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead project teams.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Passion for mentoring engineers and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
