Overview
Lead large electrical service accounts, projects, and multi-year contracts, overseeing operations, client relationships, financial performance, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple large electrical and fire alarm service contracts, projects, and work orders.
- Develop estimates, budgets, proposals, and technical bid reviews.
- Lead and support Electrical Service Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
- Own client relationships, negotiate rates and contract terms, and drive repeat business.
- Manage project financials, cost reporting, profitability, and overall contract performance.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, subcontracted services, and field operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with major service accounts and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Ensure work meets safety, quality, operational, and company standards.
Experience Required
- 10+ years in electrical project management / estimation.
- 7+ years leading operations teams.
- Strong electrical service, estimating, commercial, and client-management experience.
- Proven experience developing and selling service contracts.
- Comfortable managing multiple large accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms; Accubid and Oracle experience preferred.
