A well-established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior or Principal Civil Engineer to join its growing Brisbane team.
With a strong pipeline of work across residential, mixed-use, commercial and urban development projects, this is an opportunity to play a key role in project delivery, client management and the continued growth of a respected consultancy.
You'll work alongside experienced engineers and designers, leading projects from concept through to construction while contributing to the development of junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Role
- Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
- Prepare and review civil design documentation, reports and technical deliverables.
- Manage project programmes, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers.
- Support business development activities and maintain strong client relationships.
About You
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8+ years' experience within land development or urban development consulting.
- Strong experience across residential subdivisions, mixed-use developments and commercial projects.
- Demonstrated capability in project delivery and client management.
- Proficient in relevant civil design software and Australian design standards.
- Chartered status or progress towards chartership is advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
