Site Development Project Manager
LVI Associates is partnering with a well-established engineering consulting firm seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to join its growing team. Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality site development projects across the commercial, residential, and industrial markets and is looking for a proven leader to help drive continued growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building strong client relationships, and leading multidisciplinary teams from initial concept through final construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a variety of commercial, residential, and industrial land development projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
- Lead project planning, design, permitting, and construction administration efforts.
- Oversee the preparation of grading, drainage, utility, stormwater, erosion control, and site development plans.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall project performance.
- Coordinate internally with engineering, surveying, and planning teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff.
- Support business development initiatives and help strengthen existing client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 8+ years of land development experience with a strong background in project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial, residential, and industrial site development projects.
- Strong understanding of municipal permitting and entitlement processes.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
