Title: Site Manager (Mission Critical Construction)
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000+ DOE
Summary
An industry-leading provider of mission-critical infrastructure solutions is seeking a Site Leader to support a major project in the Baton Rouge area. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the delivery, installation, startup, and commissioning of critical power and thermal infrastructure on a large-scale project.
The successful candidate will act as the primary on-site leader, coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, safety initiatives, commissioning activities, and client interactions from project start through final turnover. The Site Leader will be responsible for:
- Overseeing safety on site and leading daily safety meetings
- Coordinating subcontractors, technicians, installers, and field personnel
- Managing startup, commissioning, testing, and turnover activities.
- Monitoring manpower, schedules, and project progress.
- Working closely with project management to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintaining quality standards and resolving field issues.
- Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
The Site Leader should have the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of construction management or field leadership experience.
- Experience with data center, industrial, mission-critical, electrical, mechanical, or commissioning projects preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and electrical one-line diagrams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Valid driver's license
