Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Restoration Engineer to join our expanding team. This is a remote role covering the New England region. You'll enjoy the freedom to manage your own schedule, collaborate with a supportive network of engineers across the Northeast, and focus on delivering high-quality restoration solutions - all without the pressure of sourcing your own projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage structural restoration projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct regular site visits (typically 2-3 per week) to oversee project execution and ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers through regular team calls and shared resources.
- Uphold high standards of safety, technical excellence, and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the company's continued growth through your engineering expertise.
What We're Looking For:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Proven experience in structural restoration is essential.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
