Travelling Project Manager - Mechanical
We are seeking an experienced Travelling Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical projects across multiple high-profile sites. This role requires deep expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems, with a proven track record managing complex projects ranging from $20MM to $300MM+ in sectors such as healthcare, data centres, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of mechanical systems on major construction projects, ensuring alignment with design, budget, and schedule.
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and piping installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Manage teams
- Ensure all works are executed in accordance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to site engineers and junior project managers.
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company in project meetings and stakeholder engagements.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in mechanical project management, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects ($20MM-$300MM+) in healthcare, data centres, and commercial sectors.
