We are seeking an experienced Travelling Superintendent to lead field operations on some of the largest and most complex data center construction projects in the United States. This is a unique opportunity to work on mission-critical facilities for global technology leaders, with projects exceeding $700 million in value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams across multiple trades.
- Drive compliance with project specifications, building codes, and client standards.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate progress to project leadership.
- Champion a culture of safety and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale commercial or industrial construction, preferably data centers or mission-critical facilities.
- Proven track record managing projects $500M+ in value.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. (project-based assignments).
- Deep understanding of scheduling, logistics, and quality control for complex builds.
