본 포지션은 단순 사업개발 실무자가 아닌, 신규 사업기회 발굴부터 인허가, 계통연계, 투자 검토 및 프로젝트 관리까지 개발 전 주기를 총괄하며 사업개발 조직을 이끌어 나갈 핵심 리더 역할입니다.
주요 업무
- 대형 태양광 및 BESS 개발사업 발굴 및 사업화 추진
- 신규 부지 발굴, 토지 확보 및 사업성 검토
- 발전사업허가, 개발행위허가 등 각종 인허가 업무 총괄
- 한전 계통연계 검토 및 유관기관 대응
- 사업구조 수립 및 투자 타당성 검토
- EPC, 금융기관, 지자체, 주민 및 주요 이해관계자 협상
- PF 검토 및 금융조달 지원
- 개발 일정, 리스크 및 프로젝트 전반 관리
- 사업개발 조직 리딩 및 팀 매니지먼트
자격요건
- 태양광 개발 경력 6년 이상
- 사업개발 조직 또는 프로젝트 조직 리딩 경험
- 태양광 개발사업 전 주기 경험 보유
- 발전사업허가, 개발행위허가 등 인허가 경험
- 한전 계통연계 검토 및 협의 경험
- 사업성 분석 및 투자 검토 경험
- 대내외 이해관계자 관리 경험

- Utility-Scale Solar 개발 경험
- BESS 개발 경험
- PF 및 투자 검토 경험
- 주민수용성 및 대관업무 경험
- RE100, PPA 관련 경험
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
