We're looking for a BIM Coordinator / Specialist to play a key role in supporting BIM execution, coordination, and digital workflows across MEP projects. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working in Revit, solving coordination challenges, and driving model quality.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and develop Revit models for MEP engineering projects
- Support project teams with modeling, troubleshooting, and deliverables
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in clash detection (Navisworks)
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and content libraries
- Perform model QA/QC and health checks
- Support cloud collaboration environments (ACC / BIM Collaborate Pro)
- Assist with training and promoting best practices across teams
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Revit experience (MEP, architecture, or engineering)
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination
- Experience with Navisworks, Autodesk AEC tools, and BIM platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator who can support and guide project teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with Dynamo, automation, or scripting
- Exposure to digital twins, 4D/5D, or advanced modeling workflows
- Familiarity with visualization tools (Enscape, Twinmotion, etc.)
- Reality capture / point cloud experience
