Branch Manager - Concrete Repair & Waterproofing

With more than 100 years of continuous operation, this organization began at the start of the 20th century as a small waterproofing contractor and over the past century, the business has grown into one of the nation's largest specialty contractors, recognized for technical excellence in masonry, concrete restoration, waterproofing, roofing, and façade preservation.

Proudly operating more than 30 branch offices nationwide, the company supports facility owners, property managers, architects, engineers, and contractors through expert building envelope repair and long-term asset protection. Their commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and strong relationships has contributed to a long-standing reputation as industry leaders.

The Tulsa branch, established over 50 years ago, specializes heavily in concrete repair, waterproofing, joint sealants, epoxy/urethane injection, and structural repair, serving a wide range of commercial, industrial, and institutional clients across Oklahoma.

Recently, the company entered a new chapter as an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) organization, giving employees meaningful ownership and reinforcing a culture of long-term stability, investment, and shared success.
