Dallas Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, project management, and client relations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination

    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Execution & Oversight

    • Manage day-to-day operations of HVAC installations and retrofits.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
    • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on project status.
    • Resolve issues and conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Management

    • Track project costs and manage budgets effectively.
    • Approve invoices and manage procurement processes.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Team Leadership

    • Lead and motivate project teams and subcontractors.
    • Ensure clear communication and collaboration across all parties.
    • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC project management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical codes, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Office and field-based work.
  • Occasional travel to project sites.
  • May require evening or weekend work depending on project demands.
