Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects valued at $250 million and above. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to work on some of the most advanced facilities in the industry, with full support from a skilled union workforce and a collaborative project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of electrical project delivery, from pre-construction through commissioning.
- Lead coordination between design teams, contractors, clients, and union labor.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
- Drive technical excellence and innovation in electrical systems and project execution.
- Mentor and guide project teams to ensure successful delivery and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant field experience in electrical construction, ideally on large or complex projects.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage union labor and navigate large-scale project environments.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and mission-critical infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Data center experience is preferred, but not required.
