Land Development Lead
LVI is working with a leading national full-service engineering firm that offers the chance to make a real impact on the communities and work on projects across various offices. This client is looking for a talented engineer who has extensive land development experience to join them in their Northern Virginia office.
This experienced engineer will have the opportunity to join the Fairfax office, where they will take the lead in helping build out the land development group. This engineer will have strong technical, project management, client interaction, and leadership skills.
Requirements:
- P.E License
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 15-25 Years of experience in Land Development
- Strong Project Management experience
- Strong Client Interaction/ Business Development skills.
- Able to lead, guide, and train engineers.
- Strong communication skills
- Based in Northern Virginia.
