About the Role
This role is ideal for an experienced Project Architect who excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about design quality and project delivery. The position requires strong technical expertise, deep construction knowledge, and the ability to lead projects and teams from concept through completion. The successful candidate will be self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects while collaborating closely with designers, consultants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through all phases, from design development through construction administration
- Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed REVIT models and construction document sets
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and constructability
- Oversee and mentor project team members, promoting quality and collaboration
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and key project stakeholders
- Contribute to a variety of project types, including architectural and interior-focused work
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (required)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Architect or Project Manager
- Professional licensure preferred or actively pursuing licensure
- Expert-level proficiency in REVIT (required)
- Strong construction knowledge with hands-on experience in documentation and detailing
- Commercial construction experience preferred (steel, masonry, concrete)
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from design through construction
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a self-directed, high-accountability studio environment
- Strong commitment to design quality and technical precision
