About the Firm:

A nationally recognized, employee-owned engineering firm is seeking a dynamic, client-focused leader to join its team. This individual will play a pivotal role in business development and technical oversight, with a clear trajectory toward becoming a Principal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the primary client contact for major projects, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Leads business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand the firm's portfolio.
  • Provides technical oversight and mentorship for both new design and existing projects, ensuring quality and innovation.
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative, practical solutions for complex structural challenges.
  • Guides project teams from concept through construction, maintaining accountability for project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Contributes actively to firm leadership, with a fast track to Principal for high performers.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Bachelors in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated success as a "seller-doer," excelling in both client engagement and technical delivery.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.
