About the Firm:
A nationally recognized, employee-owned engineering firm is seeking a dynamic, client-focused leader to join its team. This individual will play a pivotal role in business development and technical oversight, with a clear trajectory toward becoming a Principal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as the primary client contact for major projects, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Leads business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand the firm's portfolio.
- Provides technical oversight and mentorship for both new design and existing projects, ensuring quality and innovation.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative, practical solutions for complex structural challenges.
- Guides project teams from concept through construction, maintaining accountability for project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Contributes actively to firm leadership, with a fast track to Principal for high performers.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- Bachelors in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
- Demonstrated success as a "seller-doer," excelling in both client engagement and technical delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.
