The Role
As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of both project delivery and client relationships, playing a critical role in driving revenue and expanding the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and delivering land development projects from concept through completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Managing project budgets and ensuring profitability
- Leading project teams and coordinating across disciplines

What We're Looking For
Experience & Capability
- 7-10+ years (PM) or 10+ years (Senior PM) in civil engineering / land development
- Proven experience managing $1M+ in project revenue
- Strong background in land development (not purely drainage, stormwater, or hospital-focused work)
- Exposure to residential, commercial, or data centre projects preferred
- Experience with both project management and client-facing responsibilities
