Senior Property Manager - Healthcare Real Estate Philadelphia, PA | $100,000 - $125,000 base + benefits
I am partnering with a growing CRE firm with an established healthcare portfolio spanning medical office buildings, outpatient facilities, and integrated health campuses across the Mid-Atlantic region. As they continue to expand their footprint, they are looking for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse healthcare asset portfolio and help raise the bar on how these properties are operated.
The Role
This is a hands-on senior position with genuine scope. You will manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio of healthcare properties, working closely with healthcare tenants, facilities teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure assets are performing at their best. You will be the primary point of contact for tenant relationships and will be expected to bring both operational rigour and a commercial mindset to everything you do.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of medical office and outpatient healthcare properties across the Philadelphia metro and broader Mid-Atlantic region
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare tenants, understanding the unique operational demands of clinical and administrative environments
- Overseeing lease administration, CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting across your portfolio
- Coordinating maintenance, capital improvement projects, and vendor contracts with an eye on both cost efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Ensuring properties meet all relevant healthcare and life safety compliance requirements
- Supporting asset management and acquisitions teams with property-level insight and due diligence input
- Mentoring junior property management staff and contributing to team-wide best practices
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience, with direct exposure to healthcare, medical office, or life science assets strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of lease structures, CAM reconciliations, and property-level financial reporting
- Familiarity with the compliance and operational considerations specific to healthcare environments - infection control requirements, life safety codes, HIPAA-adjacent facility protocols
- Strong communicator who can hold their own with healthcare executives and clinical operations teams
- Yardi or MRI proficiency preferred
- Real estate licence held or in progress
