BIM/VDC Specialist
We're looking for an experienced BIM/VDC Specialist with a strong mechanical background to join our Miami team on a hybrid schedule (typically 3 days in the office / 2 days remote). You'll drive model coordination and digital workflows across complex projects-health‑care campuses, higher‑ed facilities, multifamily high‑rises, and large commercial builds-ensuring field teams have clean, constructible information from day one.
What You'll Do

Must‑Have Qualifications
5+ years hands‑on BIM/VDC experience with a mechanical focus
Proven work on at least two of the following project types: hospitals, higher‑education, multifamily, large commercial interiors/cores
Expertise in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and basic AutoCAD MEP workflows
Solid grasp of construction sequencing, shop drawing creation, and prefab methodologies
Ability to lead coordination meetings and communicate clearly with field crews, design consultants, and owners
Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to commute to Miami sites/offices 3 days per week
Preferred / Bonus Skills
Former field or trades background (pipefitting, sheet metal, plumbing, or controls)
Experience with point‑cloud registration, 3D laser scanning, or reality‑capture tools
Exposure to fabrication software (e.g., Stratus, SysQue, eVolve) or ISO creation
Familiarity with Dynamo or other scripting for model automation
