Role Overview:

The Civil Project Manager will oversee a variety of land development projects, including residential subdivisions, mixed-use developments, commercial sites, and industrial facilities. This role involves managing project teams, mentoring junior staff, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients and jurisdictions. You'll be responsible for guiding projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead civil engineering design efforts including grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion control.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Mentor engineering staff and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and review construction documents using Civil 3D and stormwater modeling tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PE license required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil site design in Western Washington.
  • At least 3 years in a consulting role with increasing leadership responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software (e.g., MGS Flood, WWHM).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $119,000-$150,000 annually.
