What You'll Do
- Lead and execute electrical power system design for complex building projects across multiple sectors
- Develop and modify designs using AutoCAD and Revit
- Perform service load calculations, branch circuit sizing, and short‑circuit analyses
- Collaborate closely with architects, owners, and facility stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
- Support project delivery by meeting schedules and managing work within budget parameters
- Review contractor submittals and respond to RFIs
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and internal quality procedures
- Contribute to a culture of technical excellence, knowledge‑sharing, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience designing building power systems for healthcare, higher education, residential, hospitality, office, and other institutional or commercial facilities
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Deep understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a highly collaborative team environment
- PE license strongly preferred, or EIT on track to obtain PE
- Willingness to travel as required
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SKM Power*Tools for power system analysis
- Experience with AGi32 lighting photometric software
