Facilities Manager (Active TS/SCI Clearance Needed)

Overview:
A global engineering and operations firm is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a secure site contract supporting a classified U.S. Government program. This role involves overseeing operations and maintenance (O&M), construction, procurement, and central power plant activities at a high-security facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors, on-site.
- Serve as the primary interface with the government client's plant management team.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and operational protocols.
- Manage maintenance planning, project controls, reporting, and invoicing.
- Support staffing, training, and professional development of team members.
- Drive proposal development and execution planning for future work.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Respond to site emergencies within a 2-hour window when required.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing complex projects in secure or government environments.
- U.S. citizenship and active TS/SCI (CI Poly clearance desired)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years total).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with government contracting, facilities management, and project controls.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
- Engineering background or PE license.
- Program management certification.
- Familiarity with systems like SAP, Costpoint, or AutoCAD.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
