The firm is recognized for its deep expertise in construction defect analysis and litigation support, serving clients across legal, insurance, and property sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct forensic investigations of structural failures, construction defects, and damage from natural or man-made events.
  • Perform on-site assessments of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  • Analyze structural systems and materials to determine cause and extent of damage.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and expert opinions for legal and insurance purposes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, architectural, and materials engineers.
  • Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or ability to obtain licensure.
  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering; forensic or litigation support experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with structural analysis tools and reporting software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
