Junior Structural Engineer

As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers and architects on a wide range of architectural projects-commercial, healthcare, education, sports, and public assembly buildings. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the structural design of major building projects from concept through construction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and consultants
- Participate in internal training and development programs to accelerate your growth
- Apply engineering principles to solve real-world design challenges
- Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools, including Building Information Modeling (BIM)
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
- EIT certification (or in progress)
- Strong technical foundation and a passion for structural design
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Experience with BIM/Revit is a plus
