The Role
The company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The individual will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in or manage the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination

  • Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes

  • Maintain communication between stakeholders-clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams

  • Conduct site visits and coordinate field activities with Superintendents

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations

What They're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management (APM or PM level)

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in construction software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)

  • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to lead by example
