The Role
The company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The individual will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in or manage the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
Maintain communication between stakeholders-clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
Conduct site visits and coordinate field activities with Superintendents
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations
What They're Looking For
5+ years of experience in construction project management (APM or PM level)
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in construction software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to lead by example
