The Opportunity
We are looking for a Principal with deep expertise in Business Valuation and Disputes, including expert testimony experience, to lead and grow a portfolio of high-stakes engagements. This is a strategic leadership role offering the chance to influence major cases and mentor a team of talented professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex valuation and dispute resolution projects across diverse industries.
- Provide expert witness testimony in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory settings.

Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in business valuation, litigation consulting, or forensic accounting.
- Demonstrated testimony experience in valuation or damages matters.
- Professional designations such as CPA, ASA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
