Renowned for its robust pipeline of boundary, topographic, and construction staking projects, the firm serves clients across the development, infrastructure, and transportation sectors.
Position Overview:
As a PLS, you will play a key role in managing and delivering high-quality surveying projects. You'll lead both field and office teams, ensuring precision, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute boundary, topographic, and construction staking projects.
- Supervise and mentor field and office staff to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Perform calculations, analyze data, and prepare client reports.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant state and local surveying regulations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (Illinois preferred)
- 10+ years of surveying experience
- Active Proven experience in boundary, topographic, and construction staking.
- Proficiency with GPS, total stations, and industry-standard survey software.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
