The company is seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Executive to join the team in West Palm Beach. This role will play a key part in the firm's growth across the Florida market as they look to scale on an incredibly successful 2025.
Key responsibilities of the Multifamily Project Executive include:
- Maintain ownership of contract requirements and deliverables, including preparing a contract digest and communicating expectations to the project team.
- Define and oversee project staff roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
- Promote a strong safety culture by leading by example and ensuring full implementation and ongoing compliance with corporate safety programs.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including APMs, superintendents, and field crews.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project life-cycle.
- Oversee preparation for quarterly management and financial review meetings in coordination with the operations manager.
Key requirements of the Multifamily Project Executive include:
- Large-scale multifamily construction and design expertise.
- A track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- Strong understanding of all aspects of construction management, including safety, risk mitigation and control methods.
- Demonstrates exceptional business judgement by consistently delivering profitable outcomes and achieving successful project closeouts while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
