Unser Auftraggeber, ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Schieneninfrastruktur, sucht einen erfahrenen Projektleiter (m/w/d) zur Leitung komplexer Bahnprojekte.
Aufgaben:
Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung und Steuerung von Infrastrukturprojekten.
Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Projektbeteiligte.
Koordination interner und externer Planungsteams.
Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Ressourcen.
Controlling, Nachtrags- und Risikomanagement.
Qualitätssicherung sowie Moderation und Konfliktlösung.
Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Großprojekten im Bahnsektor.
Kenntnisse in HOAI, VOB, BGB sowie relevanten Normen und Regelwerken.
Erfahrung mit BIM, Lean Management oder Scrum von Vorteil.
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1).
