About the Role:
In this role, you'll lead the evaluation, design, and rehabilitation of building enclosure systems. You'll work closely with architects, contractors, and building owners to deliver high-performance, durable, and energy-efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct forensic investigations, performance assessments, and field testing of building enclosure systems.
- Design and detail repairs for roofing, waterproofing, curtain walls, windows, and façade systems.
- Lead project teams and manage client relationships from concept through construction.
- Oversee construction administration and quality assurance processes.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical leadership within the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting, design, or diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge of building science principles, materials, and enclosure systems.
- Familiarity with performance modeling tools and construction documentation.
- Professional licensure (PE, RA, RRC, or RRO) strongly preferred.
