Senior Project Manager
Overview:
Our client, a forward‑thinking civil engineering and land development firm known for its strong environmental focus and collaborative culture, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support and grow their Los Angeles‑area operations. The firm is widely recognized for its innovative approach to sustainable design, its emphasis on technological advancement, and its strong portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed‑use development projects. Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $150,000-$190,000, ESOP, and annual performance‑based bonuses

Key Qualifications:
- California PE License
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience, with strong background in both residential and commercial land development
- Proven ability to manage land development projects from early planning through design and construction support
- Business development experience, including preparing and leading proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, scope development, budgeting, and maintaining ongoing client relationships
- Experience supervising and mentoring engineering staff and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Strong technical skills with the ability to contribute quickly to a diverse portfolio of projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Familiarity with Southern California permitting, agency coordination, and regional regulatory processes
