Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems including: Power distribution, Lighting and lighting controls, Fire alarm systems, Grounding systems, Telecommunications and low-voltage systems
- Provide technical leadership and engineering oversight throughout all phases of project delivery.
- Perform electrical calculations, load studies, and system analyses to develop efficient, code-compliant designs.
- Coordinate closely with architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, industry standards, and engineering best practices.
- Support construction activities through design reviews, RFIs, submittal reviews, and field coordination.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers by providing technical guidance and project support.
- Help resolve complex engineering challenges and contribute innovative solutions across multiple project sectors.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited institution.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain reciprocity.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design engineering within consulting engineering, MEP, or building systems environments.
- Experience supporting projects in markets such as: Healthcare, Federal, Commercial, Educational, Mission-critical/data centers, Industrial, Hospitality, Multifamily, Institutional facilities
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Experience mentoring junior staff and managing multiple project priorities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
