A respected engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to support water, wastewater, utility, and transportation infrastructure projects for municipalities and special districts throughout Western Washington. About the Role
You'll take on a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of public infrastructure projects, with a focus on water and wastewater systems. The position may also involve on-call municipal engineering support and development review services. You'll work closely with a team of experienced professionals to serve small to mid-sized communities across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support engineering design for water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Provide technical support for municipal clients, including on-call services and development review.
- Prepare engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented project environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's in wastewater treatment a plus).
- PE license preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design, with a focus on wastewater treatment and conveyance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience working with municipalities or public agencies is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 annually (including year-end bonus), depending on experience
