Drainage - Water Resources Engineer
We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused professional to join our team in supporting the planning and execution of infrastructure and land-use projects. This position involves a mix of analytical, design, and field-related tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and assessments
- Assist in shaping design strategies and layout concepts
- Help prepare documentation for construction, including drawings, material lists, and cost projections
- Offer support during on-site phases, including occasional field presence
What You Bring:
- A degree in a technical field related to land and water systems
- At least four years of relevant experience in managing surface water or related systems
- A license to practice independently in one or more southeastern U.S. states is a plus, or the ability to obtain one
- Familiarity with digital drafting and modeling tools commonly used in the field
- Experience with simulation and mapping platforms for analysing terrain and water behaviour

- Well-versed in regional and national guidelines for infrastructure planning
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- A creative thinker with strong judgement and a practical approach to solving challenges
This is primarily a desk-based role, though occasional travel and site visits may be part of the job.
