The leader will collaborate across disciplines, guide client relationships, and support business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead studio operations, staffing, and project execution
- Drive strategic planning and resource allocation
- Serve as primary client contact and relationship builder
- Mentor teams through all design phases
- Ensure integration of firm-wide best practices and innovation
- Collaborate with office and firm leadership to align goals
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare architecture or related field
- Proven leadership in project delivery and team development
- Strong client engagement and presentation skills
- Licensed architect or equivalent experience preferred
- Familiarity with design software and project management tools
Salary Range: $150K-$185K
