Position: Project Superintendent - Infrastructure
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
A well-established construction firm is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee infrastructure projects in the Baltimore area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in heavy civil, marine, and concrete construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and manage on-site activities including safety, scheduling, engineering, material logistics, and daily planning
- Provide direction to craft workers and subcontractors as needed
- Offer technical guidance on construction methods, equipment, and solutions to mitigate delays or design changes
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, project procedures, and worksite regulations
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain project momentum and resolve issues
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on heavy civil, marine, or concrete projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel as required by project demands
