Regional Manager (Indiana)

Salary: $100,000 -- $140,000

Summary

This role oversees a territory in Indiana with a focus on expanding customer relationships and supporting key industrial accounts. It combines business development, technical service, and early-stage leadership responsibilities. The position is designed for someone with strong water treatment sales or service experience who is ready to take on broader regional oversight. Daily work involves supporting customers, guiding account managers, and helping shape longterm growth plans. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of field work, customer strategy, and developing others.

Responsibilities

* Grow the territory through targeted outreach, customer visits, and strategic planning.

* Support and guide account managers, offering coaching and direction to help them meet goals.

* Manage select highvalue accounts while building longterm customer relationships.

* Create and execute regional plans to support growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.

* Maintain accurate reporting while upholding safety expectations and organizational standards.

Qualifications

* Background in technical sales or service involving industrial water systems or related chemical applications.

* Experience guiding or mentoring other team members.

* Solid understanding of cooling towers, steam systems, and closedloop applications.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in the field.

* Proficiency with common office software and willingness to travel several nights per month.
