Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Project Architect / Project Manager to join our Anchorage team. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects from concept through completion, collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural projects, including design development, documentation, and construction administration.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of architectural design experience.
- Registered Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
- Strong proficiency in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with K-12 Education and/or Healthcare projects is highly desirable.
