Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, deployment, and execution of Information Transport Systems and telecommunications infrastructure, including Fiber Optics, Structured Cabling, CCTV, DAS, and OSP/ISP Copper.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
- Manage subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings, monthly reviews, and cash flow forecasting.
- Collaborate with engineering and field teams to prepare documentation, estimates, and change orders.
- Drive project close-out activities including punch lists, as-built documentation, and training deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and business development.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in telecommunications and security systems construction.
- Proven track record managing projects ranging from $500K to $10M+.
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle: planning, design, installation, and close-out.
- Experience working in complex environments such as federal aviation, government airports, and higher education.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Accubid, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate across multiple disciplines including Fire Alarm, AV, Security, and Power.
- RCDD Certification (Required).
- Eligibility to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
