What You'll Do:
- Lead geotechnical engineering operations, including technical oversight and project delivery.
- Collaborate with Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and environmental teams to ensure integrated solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to support business development efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in geotechnical engineering, with a strong technical foundation.
- Credentials: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage projects and teams, with a strategic mindset for growth.
- Location: Preferably based in the East Tampa area; hybrid arrangements possible for the right candidate.
