We are seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead and grow the geotechnical division within a well-established, rapidly expanding engineering and environmental services firm. What You'll Do:

  • Lead geotechnical engineering operations, including technical oversight and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and environmental teams to ensure integrated solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to support business development efforts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in geotechnical engineering, with a strong technical foundation.
  • Credentials: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage projects and teams, with a strategic mindset for growth.
  • Location: Preferably based in the East Tampa area; hybrid arrangements possible for the right candidate.
