We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex municipal treatment plant projects, mentor junior engineers, and help grow our regional presence.
What We're Looking For:
8-12+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
P.E. license required
Strong industry relationships (municipal or regulatory background a plus)
Experience with treatment plant design/upgrade (not line work)
Proven leadership in project delivery and client management
Based in or open to relocating to Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Cincinnati, or Covington (remote flexibility available)
