This an opportunity to lead transportation projects, collaborate with clients, and assist in the pursuit of new projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Involvement in the planning, management, and oversight of various transportation projects including local roads, medium highways, to complex freeway and interchange projects
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies for new transportation projects
- Develop and manage both new and existing client relationships
- Collaborate across verticals to drive successful project outcomes
- Represent the company at industry events and public meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in transportation engineering, including highway and local street design
- Clear understanding of Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) standards and procedures
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Illinois
- Proven experience in leadership and/or management
- Prior project management experience with IDOT is highly desirable
- Proficiency in design software such as MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer (ORD), AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
