About the Role
As a Staff Structural Engineer, you'll work closely with senior engineers and project managers to support the design and delivery of structural systems for commercial, healthcare, education, civic, and mixed-use buildings. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in structural design and analysis for various building types and materials (steel, concrete, masonry, timber).
- Support the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project coordination.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and construction administration tasks.
- Engage in ongoing learning and development toward PE licensure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification in Texas (required).
- 0-5 years of structural engineering experience.
- Familiarity with structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, RAM, RISA, Revit) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
