Water Treatment Plant Superintendent
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Treatment Plant Superintendent to lead the construction of a some critical water treatment facilities in the Houston area. This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget, while meeting all regulatory and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day construction and operational activities of the water treatment plant.
- Coordinate with project managers and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
- Lead and mentor on-site crews and subcontractors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction or operations.
- Proven leadership in building and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field preferred.
